Returns Policy:

All goods and works of art purchased from Central UK Ltd can be returned for a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied.
Insurance and postage cost on returns is the responsibility of the purchaser. Damaged goods should be referred to your Credit Card Issuer in the first instance.

Delivery Policy:

All purchases of goods or works of art can be colleceted or delivered as desired. Deliveries are subject to courrier charges and are dispatched within 14 days of order unless the order is a commission and then it will be dispatched on completion.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders for goods or works of art may be cancelled at any time up to dispatch or 7 (seven) days from order, whichever is the sooner. Services and commissions can be cancelled three days before provision or commencement. Less than three days will incur an agreed cost, made between the parties at the time of order.

Privacy Policy:

All client information is considered confidential. We will not compile and sell on details received from our customers and we will delete data not needed to complete an order or we will only maintain details needed for customer records. All Credit Card details are deteted once the sale has completed through th banking system.

All works of art and services are priced on a one off basis. Individual pieces can be discussed before and at the time of purchase.
